Radisson Hotel Group has introduced a new 20-step protocol for its hotels to protect the safety of guests and employees.
With new cleaning and sanitizing procedures, an enhanced focus on hotel public areas, and face masks and training for hotel employees, all hotels are required to follow the new standards.
The Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol includes a new 20-step protocol for hotels outlining revised operations for each hotel in the group.
The group has also relaxed rebooking and cancellation requirements. New reservations booked before August 31, 2020 can be changed or cancelled without penalty/fees up to 24 hours before arrival.
If a deposit was paid, it will be refunded to the payment source, or provided as credit if required by local law.
