Malaysia Airlines updated its operations following the onset of COVID-19.
It’s recently launched a campaign called Fly Confidently which communicates the health and safety measures now taken by the Malaysia Airlines gorup.
The airline’s new video shows what to expect as a passenger from airport arrival through the flight.
While the airline’s new policies are comprehensive, Malaysia Airlines does not require social distancing on board.
Passengers may want to check the expected load for their flight prior to arriving to ensure they can secure a seat away from other passengers.
The airline was offering flexibility to cancel and rebook tickets for reservations booked before June 30, 2020. Tickets purchased from July 1 onwards are subject to standard terms and conditions.
