Anantara Safe Travel Info
What's it like to stay with Anantara right now?
Anantara’s health and safety program amidst COVID-19 is called Stay with Peace of Mind.
The initiative focuses on 10 aspects of the guest experience — from arrival to guest rooms to transport to departure — implementing new sanitization and hygiene measures.
Anantara has appointed a health and safety committee which includes senior executives and industry experts, responsible for overseeing the rollout of the program.
Additionally, every Anantara hotel appoints a dedicated “Guest Guardian” responsible for auditing the new safety and cleaning guidelines.
Anantara allows online check-in and check-out to minimize contact. The brand requires all guests have their temperatures checked upon arrival. It also sanitizes luggage before it’s allowed inside the hotel.
Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every stay. Guests are provided hygiene kits with mask and hand sanitizer in their room.
Anantara is also using UVC light technology for surface disinfection and disinfecting key cards.
It has partnered with Siam Ocean Technology to provide high performance air filtration via the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at its properties. The new air filtration technology will be progressively rolled out across Anantara, beginning with the Anantara Riverside Bangkok hotel.
Anantara has increased flexibility for reservations booked from March 13 to August 31, 2020 (for hotel stays completed before December 20, 2020).
Best Flexible rates may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival without fees.
Partially or fully prepaid rates may be changed (but not cancelled) without fees up to 24 hours before arrival.
